The anti-vibration mounts can be applied directly below the source of the vibration, to prevent transmission to the surrounding environment, or they can be used as a platform to separate the structure from the environment.

Giubo joint

The Giubo joint, thanks to its linear, highly rational design, has superior elastic characteristics that outperform any other type of joint.
A Giubo joint consists of rubber blocks, arranged in the shape of a polygon; special metal parts with a through hole are incorporated in the rubber in each vertex of the polygon, in order to allow connection to the shafts by means of spider couplings. The joint must be mounted with the rubber parts in pre-compressed conditions to keep within safe limits the traction gaps generated by the torque - all to the benefit of safety and durability.
For this reason, the joints are pre-compressed to the installation dimension, in the final stage of production, and kept in that state by a circumferential metal clamp.
